Aluminium systems that conceal the light source and create a continuous illuminated separation between a stretch ceiling and the surrounding construction.
Definition
A floating ceiling profile is a mounting profile for a stretch ceiling with a dedicated position for indirect perimeter lighting. The profile hides the LED source from direct view and directs light into the wall-to-ceiling junction, producing the visual effect of a ceiling detached from the walls.
Wall-mounted systems are fixed around the room perimeter and combine membrane retention with a concealed lighting position.
Ceiling-mounted systems form the same floating-light principle where the construction must be fixed to the structural ceiling.
